Sea-lions have long front flippers and are able to draw their rear flippers up under their body. This enables them to walk on land, seals can't do this and the best that they can manage is to wriggle across land. It's still a big effort to to move this huge body weight and the walk is more like a lumber. Sea-lions tend to collapse in a heap to rest after a very short "walk".
