It looks a lot like our description of Calopompilus affectata (Spider wasp). I don’t know this taxon well & I can’t see enough of the abdomen to confirm the two uppermost segments are orange (though it does appear so on the very right-hand side if you zoom in & look closely). I might see if @MichaelMulvaney can have a look for us.

This looks like a very good fit for Guerinius shuckardi. One particular observation below was ID’d by Dr Graham Brown & location is pin-point geographically. To note, we also have similar sightings recorded on NatureMapr under Zaspilothynnus (Genus) but I cannot find any independent source of photos to compare the two Genus successfully. The images I’ve seen don’t seem to fit like Guerinius does.
